We store information securely and never sell or share your details with third parties, except where required by law or to process payments.

 1. Licence Grant
When you purchase training resources from Velocity Resources, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the materials within your Registered Training Organisation (RTO).

2. Permitted Use

• You may use, modify, and contextualise the resources for training and assessment delivery within your RTO
• You may deliver the resources to an unlimited number of students enrolled with your RTO
   

3. Restrictions
You must not:

• Sell, resell, share, or redistribute the resources outside of your RTO
• Upload the resources to public websites or file-sharing platforms
• Claim ownership or copyright of the original resources
   

4. Ownership
All intellectual property rights remain the property of Velocity Resources. Your licence is for use within your RTO only.

All content, training resources, and materials available on this website — including but not limited to Student Manuals, Assessments, Trainer Guides, Training and Assessment Strategies (TAS), mapping documents, graphics, logos, and text — are the intellectual property of Velocity Resources unless otherwise stated. These materials are protected under the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth) and international copyright laws.

Unauthorised use is strictly prohibited
You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or transmit these materials in any form outside of your licensed RTO 
• Sell, resell, or sublicense the resources
• Publish or share the resources on public platforms, websites, or file-sharing services

Permitted use:

• Upon purchase, your RTO is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use and contextualise the resources for training and assessment delivery to your students
• You may adapt or rebrand the resources internally to meet your organisational and learner needs
   

Any unauthorised use may result in legal action and liability for damages.
