About Velocity Resources

  Velocity Resources is led by Johnelle Walters, who has been shaping the Vocational Education and Training (VET) sector since 1993. Over more than three decades, Johnelle has worked across every corner of the industry — from frontline delivery to executive leadership. Her career includes roles as a Trainer & Assessor, Business Manager, General Manager, and CEO within Registered Training Organisations (RTOs).

Beyond RTO leadership, Johnelle has also served as State Operations Manager with Australian Apprenticeship Support Networks, and as Sales Manager and General Manager within Group Training Organisations (GTOs). She has worked in Job Networks supporting job seekers, as well as across both public and private training providers. For the past three years, Johnelle has specialised as a technical writer and instructional designer, developing high-quality, compliant training and assessment resources.

Importantly, Johnelle and her business partners have firsthand experience navigating ASQA and other government department audit and compliance processes. This practical knowledge means our resources are designed not only to meet unit requirements but to withstand the scrutiny of real regulatory audits.

All of our resources are also developed in alignment with the ASQA 2025 Standards for RTOs, ensuring they are current, outcome-focused, and fully compliant with the latest regulatory expectations.
