Can we edit the resources we purchase?

YES. All of our resources are provided in fully editable formats (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), so you can contextualise, rebrand, or adapt the materials to suit your learners and industry requirements.

Are there limits on how many students we can use the resources with?

NO. Once purchased, you are licensed to use the resources with an unlimited number of students within your RTO. There are no ongoing per-student or per-delivery fees.

Will we receive updated versions if the unit or qualification changes?

When a unit or qualification is updated or superseded, a new version of the resource will be developed. Updated versions are available for purchase at a discounted rate for existing clients. This ensures your RTO can remain compliant without having to repurchase resources at full price.

What payment methods are available?

At present, we accept PayPal, which allows you to pay securely with your PayPal balance, credit card, or linked bank account. We plan to add Stripe and additional payment options in the near future for even more flexibility.

How will we receive our purchased resources?

Once your payment has been processed, you will receive an instant download link via email. Your resources will be delivered as a file containing the Student Manual, Assessment Tools, Trainer Guide, TAS, and mapping documents. This ensures you can start using the materials immediately.

Do you offer refunds?

Because our products are digital downloads, we generally cannot provide refunds once resources have been delivered. However, if you encounter any issues with your files, or if a resource does not match its description, please contact us — we are committed to resolving any concerns quickly.
